Founded in 2017 and valued at US$4 million, this Vietnamese logistics startup created a B2B platform to connect merchants and trucking companies, boosting efficiency and transparency.
In 2021, they aimed to expand by offering their platform as a SaaS solution for other trucking vendors.

Opportunity
“It’s time to turn our internal Logistic management platform to SaaS for other trucking vendors”
Result
An MVP of Fleet Management Systems (FMS) launched after 6 months.
100% of Trucking Vendors on the waiting list adopted it. In mid-2022, they continued using it and more vendors were expected to join.

Biggest
Challenge
Trucking vendors were hesitant to use the platform because weforced them to follow our process…
which leads them to input extra required fields, and performextra stepsto complete an order.
Solution(s)
Simplicity #1
Instead of 10+ required fields, now only 2 fields are required create an order
Simplicity #2
Reduced the number of Order Status. Those removed statuses were irrelevant to Truck Vendor’s operations.
Simplicity #3
Slimmed down the hierarchy structure. The initial structure was more suitable for large companies than small vendors.
Better Navigation
The MVP provided better message by giving specific information and recommending actions, instead of letting vendor users figure things out themselves.
Keeping what they LOVE #1
We kept the powerful feature that every vendor relies on: uploading an image, then having the system automatically extract and fill in the text.
Keeping what vendors LOVE #2
GPS integration is another feature that vendors love to use on the internal platform. That’s why it’s also a must-have for the FMS MVP.
